Cancellation Policy

At Renzo Gracie Ponce, we keep membership cancellation simple and transparent — similar to an app subscription.
Cancel Anytime (Before Your Next Payment Date)
You may cancel your membership at any time as long as you submit your request before your next scheduled payment date.
Your membership payments occur on your monthly anniversary date (the same day each month you originally started billing).
How Monthly Billing Works
Memberships renew automatically each month on your anniversary date.
If your billing date is the 12th, your membership renews on the 12th of each month.
If a month doesn’t have your exact billing date (example: the 31st), your renewal will process on the closest available date in that month.
What Happens After You Cancel
If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again.
Your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
After your billing period ends, your membership access will stop automatically.
We do not prorate or refund unused time within a billing period.
How to Submit a Cancellation Request
To cancel, submit a written request by:

Email, or

Message to the academy (written communication)
Your request should include:

Student name
-
Phone number (or email on the account)

A clear statement: “Please cancel my membership.”
Once processed, we will confirm cancellation in writing.
Important Notes
Cancellations must be requested before the next billing date to prevent renewal.
If a payment has already processed for the next billing period, the cancellation will take effect at the end of that paid period.
Memberships are non-transferable.
